I have had Cronkhite do two projects for me and both turned into disasters. First was my patio and deck that took multiple summers to complete. The second was a simple storm door. This review is about the storm door. It seems to work fine in the summer, but as soon as it gets cold, the door won’t open or close without force. They supposedly repaired this late last fall after they initially installed it. As soon as it got cold this year, same thing. This company has zero concern for quality in their workmanship and they want to sell you the cheapest product for the most profit. Please go to a reputable company that cares about you.

Ryan and Trace did a fantastic job on the siding and door. Also the capping turned out great. Spent the time to do the job right.

I left an amazing review for this company but after reading the reviews I have to say I am shocked. I cant speak for other people and the obvious problems they had but they seem serious, and we are shocked. These people were nothing but polite, professional, and way under budget. All I can say is after our job was completed I would highly recommend them. Maybe they have some poor crews? Im not sure whats going on, or if we were really lucky, but we couldn't be happier.

I hired Cronkhite to do half of my garage roofing and sliding, I was not satisfy, this is my first big project without my husband, don't know what to expect. The crew came out twice still wasn't happy with the projects talk to the owner Dale, Bless his heart he went above and beyond send Tim out and correct all my concerns Thank you guys.

Deck, fence, & retaining wall completed by Corie and his crew is excellent! Great communication and easy to work with. Our family is very happy and it looks amazing. Rocky (the cat) is happy with the finished product too!
