It is rare these days to have someone respond promptly and favorably to a request for help without assessing a charge. A large truck had broken a low hanging branch in front of my home, blocking one half of the street. With help I was able to move it parallel to the sidewalk. However, the branch was hazardous. Employees of Crooked Oak Tree Care were a block away, actively removing an Oak tree. I approached them and asked for some assistance. I was assured by the person in charge that help was forthcoming. After removing the fallen branch I was pleasantly told that there was no charge. I thanked them and took a business card. Great service. The guys had to remove a part of the fence to get the grinder into the yard to remove the stumps but everything was put back in place after the service. Very professional and polite. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend!
