David Carter did an excellent job fixing the electrical outlets in our home. He was punctual, professional, and quickly figured out the issue. Everything was repaired properly, tested, and left clean when he finished. He was honest, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s hard to find reliable contractors, but David is one of the good ones. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him!

Mr. O’Connor did a great job with the preventative pest control at our house. He was very thorough and helped clean all the spider webs in the garage that had accumulated over the year. Excellent service and very professional. Highly recommend.

Problem-sewer line backing up mostly clear water in the basement. Had recently been snaked by a different company but the problem repeated in 2 days. CM tech used a sewer camera/snake in the clean out port to accurately diagnose the problem in the line and precisely geolocate the root incursion which can now be dealt with. And he came out on a Sunday less than 2 hours after I called! AJ Morton was the best plumber I’ve had in the 25 years I’ve lived here - he explained to me all that he was doing and the technology that he was using to get to the root of the problem-pun intended! The major clog was pushed past the root incursion so we can safely use our water systems and work with CM for the plan to fix that section of pipe. Our furnace stopped working on New Year’s Eve morning and we were told by multiple companies that no service techs were available until New Year’s Day afternoon. We made it through a very cold night with space heaters and low expectations. Then CroppMetcalfe surprised us. They called around 9:00 AM on New Year’s Day and offered to send a technician within 30 minutes. The tech arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly (a loose wire), fixed it on the spot, and that was it. No upsell. No pressure. No scare tactics.
