Greg Mathews cane out to repair my furnace, which was struggling to fully ignite. He checked everything and determined in was a faulty gas valve (LP furnace). Returned later with a replacement part, furnace has worked fine since. I love knowedgable, competent, and friendly service. Greg provided all 3. Price was a bit high due to a part that was needed

This 2009 Bryant got a tuneup from Crose Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc. yesterday. It has a double coil and both were clogged with dust and pollen. It was loud and running warm. I was having sewer issues and I called Crose Plumbing. (Jordan). He scheduled his staff and they came right away. Staff was onsite not long at all, identified the problem, got it fixed and gave a suggestion to address the situation in the future if any other issues arise. While they were there, I asked if they could fix one other thing for me. They immediately were on that job too. Same day. Issue resolved. Excellent customer service, always clean up after themselves so you never know they were there, affordable service and ALWAYS with a smile. I highly recommend them.
