I received great products, but he also helped set me straight because I don't know much about EPDM rubber roofing and was going to do it wrong but he helped me immensely. The owner & staff at Cross Country are AMAZING! They did not carry the brand of vinyl porch ceiling that we needed to replace but they went above & to help us. They spent about 45 minutes tracking down a source for us without selling us a thing. Great people. Great service!!
