Crossroads Heating and Air

I called Crossroads after their competition failed to fix my AC issue despite multiple appointments over multiple years. They said it was just something I was going to have to deal with. Bobby came out and determine that my freeon was extremely low. This is despite me having specifically asked the competition to check the freeon the last time they were out. Yesterday evening, I asked if Crossroads could come out take a look at my heating. They came out first thing this morning. They started at the thermostat and worked their way back to the unit, and discovered that the heat had never been hooked up correctly to begin with. Fortunately, they were able to fix it on the spot.
