CrossRoads Pest Control

Long term client here! I used crossroads pest for 3 years because they were one of the very few that serviced our area. We continued to have issues of mice and roaches (it’s a cabin) even with them “servicing” our property. I paid promptly every month without hassle or delay. On July 5th I received a call from the tenants that there were still issues of critters so I texted the company to let them know and that I would like services immediately (assuming they would offer this service and charge a convenience fee). I’m even happy to share the text message on here showing I was perfectly respectful but i would need it as soon as possible since we run the cabin as an Airbnb and didn’t want the next booking to have issues. Been using Crossroads for years and years. Was told this spring that they no longer wanted to service me. This was a complete shock. I guess they are to busy and do not need anyone elses business. What ever happened to loyalty? Non-existant with this business I guess. Sad...just sad! In response to Crossroads reply: The review stems from the cold and unexpected conversation when I called to schedule my spring treatment. Never, ever was ony of your reply to my review said to me on the call. I was simply told that you would no longer be servicing my business, I did not spend enough money with your company and other people, who spend more, were being made the priority. Called let her know I had hornets in the attic of the home. She asked if it was visible from outside. Said it was probably a old nest. I told her again it was in the attic and they were coming inside through the vents. She said she didn't know if she could get them out. I thought I called pest control. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

You did a fabulous job on my carpenter ant problem. Within four hours, our house was eradicated from those pests. Thank you so much for your quick response and eliminating our problem quickly. You are the best!

These folks are wonderful. They are business like, knowledgeable, and prompt. We have an ant problem in the middle of the winter...very unusual.
