I was originally told I needed a new water heater and was quoted nearly $4,000 for a water heater and expansion tank. After doing some research, I found Gary, who responded within minutes on a Saturday afternoon. He gave me a fair quote of $1,750 for the replacement. After inspecting everything, he was honest enough to let me know the water heater was still in good condition and only replaced the expansion tank. His honesty saved me thousands of dollars. Crossroads (Gary Patrick)...stopped back for a few additional items after installing our water softener last week. Added a new pressure gage and relief valve on the old well tank and everything's working great. While there, he even did a few cosmetic fixes to align and tighten faucet and tub handles he noticed on the first visit. First rate service. Highly recommend him.
