Great experience with Crosstown Appliance for the repair of a washing machine. The online scheduling worked great; when I needed to call and update the time of my appointment, the staff scheduling help was also great. The technician arrived within the time frame communicated, I also received a heads-up call that he would be arriving in 15 minutes and he was able to fix the machine in one visit. Payment was easy to make over an online portal. Just a seamless and easy experience - which is so appreciated when it comes to an unexpected appliance repair, especially during a very busy season.
