Our experience was fantastic. Most places are trying so hard to push a sale it makes you uncomfortable, but here they don't push, they answer any questions, and are so friendly, they make it seem like you are interacting with friends. Great place to do business.

We were ready to buy from a local big box when we learned about Crossville Flooring. We decided to at least check them out - we like to support local businesses. Wow!!! What a great experience! They took their time with us, showed us all the options, focused on our budget. NO PRESSURE. They sent us home with an armful of samples. We selected what we liked. They spent some more time telling us about how it works and making sure we were happy. Installation day: we can't say enough about the crew! Efficient, respectful, on time and detail oriented. David, Reese and Dusty made sure they were happy before they made sure that we were happy. It doesn't get any better. We'd definitely recommend and we'll be using them again! Had luxury vinyl flooring installed and could not be more pleased with end result. The installation crew were professional, courteous and did an awesome job cleaning up after the install.

They order the wrong product and won't refund. Deny everything you say, even when you have a witness. Can't remember your phone calls from two days, ago. And look at you like you're a zombie or alien from another vinyl flooring planet. STAY AWAY... that's my advice.

Picked out some tile had Tyler come for estimate on March 15, 2022 It’s now April 6th 2022 still no estimate quote. Called three time all said he will get me the quote by the next day. Still no quote. They must not want my business.
