While this company did complete a service once, we cannot in good faith recommend them. Based on direct communication, they are currently declining all new service requests. Despite multiple attempts over a two-month period, we received no actionable response — only vague acknowledgments that they were “too busy,” with no follow-through. We were initially told we’d be placed on a waiting list if no other provider could be found. However, when we followed up, they reversed their position entirely. This lack of consistency and accountability makes the 1-star rating appropriate. We are now actively seeking more dependable alternatives.
