Can’t say enough good things about Crouse Concrete! Excellent communication from start to finish and a fantastic finished product. The folks who did the work were skilled and professional. Will definitely call them again if the opportunity arises!

My new house had a sunken walkway to the house. I got a quote from Crouse for a concrete walkway and front step, and a quote for pavers from the guys that did my back patio. It was 2-3k more for the pavers, and we don’t really spend time out front so my husband said we should just do the concrete. It was a mistake. I specifically told the guy that gave me the quote that I wanted the end to flare out towards the driveway(so you don’t have to step in the grass), and I stressed that I wanted the whole front step redone. He said no problem. The reason for the front step being completely redone is because parging(the thin layer of concrete they spread over existing concrete) never works and always breaks off or gets moisture behind it, and it ends up looking like crap. Had front steps replaced and am very happy with the result. The technicians showed a proposed drawing of the steps and kept me informed of the progress. Will definitely call them again in the future.

Great experience from beginning to end. Darren was so attentive and explained everything along the way. Patio is more beautiful than we expected, all the guys did Quality work!
