Crowley Energy-Main Street Fuel

Just tried to order oil for MY HOME like I have every time for the last 6 years, and was told no. I can't because my husband name is on our account. Always has been though. This must be because crowly took over? Not happy. My husband works 12+ hours a day outside. This has never been an issue before. Receptionist lady said its a law! And always been that way.she also wasnt very nice. We'll, no its hasn't i have always called. Also to boot its MY credit card number saved in the account!! Said we'll get our oil this up coming Tuesday, well see if she makes it 12/16 on purpose despite us.

We contacted Main Street fuel after having an issue with a propane leak. Main Street Fuel quickly sent a professional and knowledgeable tech to troubleshoot the issue. Even though the issue ended with us needing to replace our range, Main Street fuel did their best to address the problem quickly, and provided continued attention to ensure we had a positive experience after some disappointing news!

These guys used to be wonderful to deal with and I heard they sold recently- anyway now they don't answer their phones, have a phone tree that doesn't work and have even hung up on me after picking up. I waited on hold this morning to get an answering machine. Wild. Better believe they'll expect you to pay though.

This company doesn’t seem to want to deliver fuel to customers homes. Asked to get put on auto Delivery six months ago, called a month ago because we started to run low only to find out we were never put on auto Delivery. Asked to schedule to get propane, was scheduled for the next week, they never showed up.

This company caused TWO propane leaks in my home in 2024. And after a boiler fire it took them over a month of to get us a new boiler. Office staff is useless and has no professionalism. They say they’ll call you back or get you a quote and never do. They’ll charge your card automatically even if you ask them not. Stay away from this company.
