Unbelievable! A bill for tank protection sent via email at the end of September that I did not get, protection added to the tank on November 10, total bill paid the next day in full November 11. AND Tasse has the gaul to charge late charges on a product that was not delivered 40 days later.(tank protection) I doubt that this company would pay to gas up their trucks and WAIT 40 days to put it in.SHAME on YOU Tasse for ripping of an old lady.

Excellent customer service by everyone on the team, from the person answering the phone, the service people and the delivery drivers. So glad we switched over to Tassee/Crowley. Thank you!

I was able to get someone out to my house before my appointment with Crowley/Tasse's. Both people I spoke to, for making my appointment and for canceling it, were very friendly and helpful. However even though their website says "free estimates" you still need to put down a $125 deposit for the first hour of work when making an appointment. This is why I only gave 3 stars. I will note they had refunded me the full amount when canceling the appointment. So again their customer service over the phone is great.

If I could go lower I would. I had my boiler cleaned for over $300 dollars just for another tech to come back and do what the first guy didn't and get a $743.12 bill. After the second tech had told us he was out all day fixing mistakes from the 1st tech. Now we have no oil in our house and this company could care less. Heartless and unprofessional people. Just very disturbing.

I’ll give a two based on the woman who answered the phone. Very nice and polite. $300 for just a clean and check and wanted the money upfront but won’t be there for two months because they’re busy.... get real guys good luck
