Great customer service and competitive pricing. Elliott and team did a wonderful job restoring our old and worn carpets and removed a difficult stain from our brand new carpets. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very trustworthy and knowledgeable about their trade.

The team from Crown did a great job on a carpet repair in one room. It had developed multiple wrinkles, so they stretched it and re tacked the edges so that carpet is smooth once again and back to “new”. The guys were friendly, professional, efficient, and explained what they were doing. Scheduling was easy and they had a convenient appointment available for me just two days out from when I called. One thing that I would love to see is for them to wear booties over their shoes when they enter the home. I always appreciate when contractors do that. Overall, we’re very satisfied and will definitely call Crown again!

John and Elliott were terrific. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets in our entire house. Also, they charged exactly what John told me on the phone after I provided him my measurements. I asked for cleaning and scotch guard. We have 3 dogs and John didn’t try to up sell me on additional services because of that. Very professional
