They did a heat treatment to our house to get rid of bed bugs that my son brought back with him from Las Vegas. Even before the treatment day I had called Michael several times to ask questions and he was always responsive and never impatient (like some people would be.) They got here on time and worked very hard to get the job done. From start to finish, every interaction was professional, courteous, and efficient. That's rare now days. Please thank them for us. Very professional and dependable !! These guys are always quick to answer any questions me and my husband have . We tried the Terminix route and they failed us greatly and were super insensitive to the situation. All this BB stuff has made my anxiety worse, but knowing they can handle it quickly along with the warranty they offer has put that to rest. Thank you guys !! You truly are the best !!
