DO NOT COME HERE they will charge you for it being “dirty” when it already was. They will charge you $1000 if it’s “dirty”. We were trying to show them pictures before we took it they said they didn’t wanna see it because it’s “clean” they just didn’t wanna see the picture because they knew it was already dirty. THEY ARE SCAMMERS THEY WILL TAKE THE DEPOSIT THEN IF ITS CLEAN

I am always quite reluctant to post a negative review about a local business as I know it can hurt their sales however after trying to speak to them direct and via their complaint form without any reply, I feel the need to let people know about their poor services. I went into their shop twice to look for bark or rock to fill my front landscaping. I was never greeted by the two employees at the register. I had to ask them for advice and even then it seemed like a chore for them to help me. I got the bare minimum which was the amount for each product based on my square footage. I even showed them pictures of my landscaping and still they didn't seem to know a lot or care to help me. Once I did decide on the bark, the girl at the desk said they would deliver between 3-5pm. Crown Hill in great part saved our home in the 2020 Napa County Wildfire. We have worked with them over the years and they have given us great advice. One of their employees, Isaac, was especially helpful and we came to rely on him personally. He even called after with wildfire to check on us. That was really special. We used a lot of decomposed granite, natural stone tiles fire resistant plants. The result is that our home was surrounded by fire and is in perfect condition. We are obviously deeply grateful to Crown Hill for the years of enduring a lot of questions and discussions and making sure that we received what we really needed when we needed it.

If i could give no stars i would. they are scam artists. We cleaned the concrete buggie rental to even cleaner than we recieved it and still got charged $500 for a cleaning fee. DO NOT USE
