Crown Plumbing Service

RJ came out today and swapped out hot water heaters for me. He was super professional, clean and efficient. Answered all questions as well as the plumber helping him today. They made sure the entire unit was up to code and properly installed. Crown plumbing pricing was on par with other major plumbers in the area. They were not the cheapest bed, but they were also not the most expensive bid. Chose to go with them based off of availability and brand of hot water heater used.

RJ was great! He provided solutions to a shower handle that wouldn’t stop running water (which required us to turn off our water to entire house). We were able to turn our water back on while having to wait on parts to arrive next day. He also did a great job replacing an outdoor faucet with no damage to the brick. He was Nice and honest which is always a plus.

We had a very good experience with Crown Plumbing Service. They came highly recommended by a real estate agent in our neighborhood whom everyone trusts with her referrals. They were very responsive and came out quickly and resolved our clogged shower drain issue. RJ was great and super friendly, and we highly recommend them to anyone for their plumbing issues.

James with Crown Plumbing has been to our house a few times for different plumbing reasons, including the installation of new tankless water heaters. James seems very knowledgeable, and has always been very professional, thorough and friendly. We already have, and we will continue to recommend Crown Plumbing and their technician, James, to others in need of plumbing work! Jacob with Crown has also been to our home for plumbing work, & he was great as well!
