would give Crown Remodeling negative stars if I could. We hired them for a kitchen remodel, and they completely ruined our kitchen. The island was built with no support structures to hold the quartz countertop overhang, despite our repeated meetings with the owner, David Rowe, his foreman, and the designers where we raised this exact concern. David assured us—claiming he had 25 years of experience—that we should “trust his process.” His process left us with a countertop so unstable it had to be propped up with a 2x4 stick. The weight even prevented the cabinets beneath from opening properly. The problems didn’t stop there. The remodel failed gas and electrical inspections twice. I would give ZERO stars if I could!! Highly unprofessional company. Built us a kitchen island that could not support the Weight of the countertop and had to be held up with a 2 x 4 stick. They never came back and fixed it. They ghosted us and would not return calls, emails or text messages . They ruined our kitchen remodel and then abandoned the job and and ending up taking our materials as well.!!! I do NOT recommend hiring this company unless going to court to recover your losses is your intention!!!

We had an idea, but Dave's design team hit the mark! It was really nice working with this contractor. Keep up the great work guys!
