Before choosing Crown and Shield I used two other companies, both out of Santa Rosa. One promised return visits and then never showed, multiple times. The other one, a very big company (W.E.), said they'd use multiple products, but didn't. And when the product they did use didn't work, they said it was because my gophers were just stubborn. Really? But from the begining, when I called Crown and Shield, I knew it was a great company. The people on the phones answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.
