Crown Street Garage

Came for an event, paid on the park whiz app $22 arrived and the garage said "Lot Full Use Temple Street Garage" also noticed the $22 charge was equal to the 24 hour parking rate despite the ticket only covering arrival 1 hour before event begins up to 1 hour after event ends. No attendant around. Ended up paying another $9 down the road for garage parking.

Used it for a show at Shubert Theater. Check in required pre-payment at a booth of $10, and they were sooooo slow that it backed up all the way to the street and around the block. So they have no concept of efficiency and the City should be on their back for clogging city streets. Took 45 minutes to get into the garage and park (all that was within 300ft of the theater). We thought we'd use those 40 minutes to grab a quick dinner, but that obviously didn't happen. Avoid this for shows!!! Park 2 or 3 blocks away and walk - you'll save way more time.

This is a multilevel parking garage in a convenient location. There were plenty of parking spots when we went. On the website, they mentioned there were electric vehicle charging spots but I didnt see or search for it. There was an elevator which is perfect since we had a baby carriage. We parked there for about 6 hours and it was pretty affordable. Our car was safe the whole time. In the end, yes, I'd park there again.

HORRIBLE place! I was having dinner with a friend close by and for some reason she decided to park at this garage. After dinner I decided to drop her off at her car because I didn’t feel it was safe for her to walk to the 3rd floor by herself. I was there a total of 8 mins and they decided to charge me $10. I called them and the manager was EXTREMELY rude. Talking about “grace period is 6 minutes”. They know very well it takes longer than 6 mins to go to the 4th floor then turn around and exit. I called my bank, they refunded me my money and they can figure it out with BofA.

Safe, convenient parking location. Not cheap at $4 an hour. Also, if you are going on a weekend night you may be charged an "all-night" fee instead of the hourly rate.
