After having On Time AC do a routine inspection on our units, they wanted to charge us $12k to “clean” my “extremely unhealthy” AC units. We called Crow Heat & Air, and Garret came and took a look at our units, confirming what we thought was happening. The ON Time AC company was trying to scam us. Thank you to Crow Heat & Air for arriving on the same day, inspecting our units, and ensuring that everything was in order. Thank you for your honesty and work ethic.

I called for a cooling issue with my AC, the lady who picked up my call was so friendly, kind and sweet. She scheduled up a tech to be within an hour at my home address. The technician Kolby arrived promptly and fix the problem (replaced the capacitor) in just minutes. Price was pretty much decent considering was on a weekend.
