Crowson Roofing

On Saturday 1/3/26 during heavy rain our roof started leaking. Called Crowson Roofing and an actual person picked up. They had us scheduled for an inspection on Monday. The Owner (Jeff) was prompt and on time he had us booked for repair 2 days later. The Crew (Jose, Edward & Markus) were prompt and ready to work. The Foreman (Jose) was great! He kept us well informed every step of the way and topped it off with pictures. My husband & I thought it would take them all day, but they were done & cleaned up in 4 hours. We are extremely pleased and happy with everyone's (from the office to the crew) professionalism and the work they did on our home. Thank you Crowson Roofing for being there when we were in need.

Approximately five years ago, I did business with this company involving a roof inspection. I believe they did a great job. However, I reached out to them approximately a year and a half ago for roof inspection and had to reach out to them close to a dozen times before I even receive a call back. Once I receive the call back, I set up a time for an estimate to be given so it was necessary for them to drive out to the residence. They were supposed to use a ladder to get up on the roof to take a look at it to see what was going on, but that didn’t happen. I reached out to them shortly afterwards for an estimate and my attempt to get the estimate went on for a very long time meaning at least a year and it never happened. I don’t know if this is a result of the pandemic that they’ve gone down

We called Jeff Crowson roofing in 2011 for a roof leak & again in our lovely wet May 2019. Excellent, professional work both times. Prompt response to our need, advised work that needed to be done, reasonable price, and cleaned our gutters while they were doing the work. Good clean up. Very happy with Jeff Crowson roofing. Jeff is a very nice guy to work with.
