The team was always communicating with us to ensure their work matched our vision exactly and the end result was simply stunning. Hired the company to do the river rock bed around the pool. Requested to put weed blocker 2 to 3 sheets come to find out there was no weed blocker applied the grass and the weeds in the matter of a couple of weeks covered the whole entire area while I was away. Called sent text messages, photographs, lack of response and lack of customer service.

I wanted to provide an update to my previous review. Crue cuts reached out and we were able to resolve the concerns. They were here today and planted more of a variety of plants like originally planned. I support and appreciate any business that takes negative feedback and takes the opportunity to make a positive change.
