Cruz Air Conditioning

Buyer beware. Was convinced by the owner that the used washing machine, I paid $360 for would be a good machine, and last my mom a long time. Exactly one year later, it quit running, and it was only used,.maybe twice a month for my disabled 92 year old mother who has dementia. I should have just spent the $360 and bought a new machine for another $150.But I didn't have the extra money at the time.Buyer beware...!!!! What's funny is he went to go look at the wash machine. While he was there he told the caregiver the pump was bad... when I called him up later to check on it , he said the timer was bad. I told him to forget the repair, getting ripoed odf once from him was enough. AMAZING!!! Lesson learned...Appliance salesmen are like car salesmen...and they both are like most members of

Mr.Cruz has been to my home a few times. Great service and price. He gave me an ice maker for my old fridge today free..for my husband to install. This is my favorite go to family appliance place. Highly recommend.

Duke Energy service plan sent Cruz for our repairs. They arrived when they said and William diagnosed our problem immediately. He got the part ordered and called another crew finishing in the area to get the part and come install it. They were here in 40 mins to do the soldering repair work install. Martin & Thomas worked perfectly together for this technical work..in a rain storm! The best service I’ve seen ever! They all knew there stuff! Thank you guys again!

Terrible service. Won't respond or follow up on any requests. Been trying to get a bid for 2 weeks and still nothing. No record of any conversations or email. Was a customer for over 10 years but no longer.
