I had a furnace installed in my apartment by Brian one of the technicians very professional cleaned up their mess. I recommend them to anyone for a young man. He knows his stuff. Recommend this company to anyone.

Brian and his team at Crystal Air are incredibly professional and reliable. Our ductwork was very old and needed to be replaced. They custom-built the new ductwork and installed it all in the same day! We also had issues with the exhaust for both condensation and heat, and they rerouted everything to make it much more efficient — and with a much cleaner look. Highly recommend their work!

Had an appointment set for yesterday and confirmed via text. Company did not show up and when we texted them to ask they said they were on another job dealing with someone without heat and said they might be able to come the next day. We had a schedule appointment, the least they could have done is call us to say they were not coming and apologize. No updates, texts, phone calls. Overall bad customer service...

Crystal Air is excellent. Fast. Courteous. Office staff is friendly. They repaired my AC quickly and for a very fair cost. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. Thank you!

Crystal Air is a great company. My Mom had a new furnace, A/C unit put in last year as well as a new gas water heater. We were experiencing low water pressure and when I called they responded in a very timely manner, even changed out our furnace filter. Very professional and courteous staff. I am beyond impressed with their service. Highly recommend them and will be using them for any needs in the future. Thank you Brian and staff.
