Late Saturday afternoon and realized the house wasn't cooling off. Called to request after hours service. Tyler, our tech called back in about 10 minutes and arrived within an hour of my phone call. Tyler quickly diagnosed our problem, had the part to fix it and completed the job swiftly. Excellent service from this company that we have used for several years.

My wife and I recently bought our home in Gainesville so was surprised when we started having issues with our a/c. It apparently was shutting off without a clear reason why. I would switch breaker off and then back on and unit would cool again throughout the night but during the day the house would heat back up. I contacted Crystal Air since their name was on thermostat. Steven came out and discovered two possible issues and corrected both. He did a thorough inspection so I am confident the issue has been resolved. I am very pleased with the service provided and look forward to our continued service commitment .

Mike was courteous and very knowledgeable about service provided( replacing damper control module). I would not hesitate to call Crystal Air for service in the future. They have always been very responsive and came to my house generally by the next day from my call sometimes the same day. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service or is replacing their HVAC system

Tyler with Crystal Air and Heat did a superb job! I called at 8am on a Monday morning and Tyler was out assessing my system within just a few hours. He was extremely patient and explained what I was experiencing and I needed repairs. He did a thorough assessment and diagnostics, providing me with answers to all of my questions.

Crystal Air & Water provided 5 Star service from initial call for service to the long overdue replacement of the entire heating and cooling system . The service call was straight forward and well explained thru every step. The sales call to replace the system was well planned and multiple options were laid out within our budget. The installation went seamlessly and the techs were quick, courteous and very professional . We could not be happier with the end result , Highly recommend !
