Wonderful experience working with the professionals at Crystal Bright! The secretary, Carol was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After briefly describing my needs, she immediately suggested resolutions. I was then expeditiously connected to the owner who provided very reasonable pricing options. I chose to contract with these guys and I'm so glad I did. They provided us with exceptional work and quality service. Highly recommend this company if you want the job done right.

I manage a multi-story property in downtown Boston and I’ve been dealing with multiple companies for all the buildings needs. The other companies were unreliable and impossible to work with, and they didn’t seem to care much about doing a good job, just getting a check. The guys at Crystal Bright came in and made everything easy by providing all the same services (stone & metal refinishing for my floors and elevators / exterior window cleaning) in one place. Not only that - they gave me a package deal for contracting them for all jobs. They genuinely gave excellent service and results that I wasn’t seeing with my previous vendors. WOW, What an experience we had with this company. Outstanding from start to finish. Carol at the intake and the crew along the way and the owner John at the end. Stellar service. We manage at 25 year old 20 plus unit condo building and the brass elevator doors and finishes were all tarnished, faded, and stained from improper cleaning over the decades. Crystal Bright came in, did their thing, and now they all look brand new. Amazing. They also refinished the exterior door handles and anything else that has the same brass. Our building now looks like it did dayu one. Also they refinished our tiles floor and made them look great again which we all thought might not be possible.

John and his team are fantastic to work with. They consistently deliver outstanding results and are the utmost professionals. Carol is excellent with communication, keeping everything timely and organized. We’re always impressed with their work and look forward to partnering with them again!

the folks that actually did the work were amazing but the customer service was awful awful awful. 10/10 do not recommend. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.
