Utilizing Crystal Chimney sweepers is highly advised. They did an excellent job replacing our complete fireplace, which we had to do. They were proficient, considerate, and very well-mannered. He was really kind and clear in his explanations. In terms of how long the job will take, he was dead on. He consistently responded to all of my inquiries and even advised me to get in touch with him directly if we had any additional queries. Amazing work was done on the brickwork. He is very imaginative and meticulous. Once more, I would heartily recommend this business and will do so in the future!

Called Crystal Chimney for an inspection and cleaning. Someone from a different company shows up, tells us a bunch of work that needs to be done, new chimney cap, etc. Ended up overpaying substantially for installing the simplest chimney cap, a cleaning and some paint. Should have recognized this was a scam and looked elsewhere.
