Crystal Clean Carpet

We've used Crystal Clean for carpet cleaning and duct/vent cleaning. We could tell the difference immediately with our ducts and our dryer is so much more efficient now! They cleaned my air ducks in my new home, and also the heavily smoke stained carpet. Honestly looks alot better there are some spots that didnt come up but i honestly think if he couldnt get it out its not comeing out. All and all if makes me feel more comfortable living in my home untill i can replace the carpets or the floors myself. It smells better it looks better and is definitely much cleaner.

Long story short: husband and I were duped by a Kirby rep when we cut his demo short because it was getting ridiculously long and we were saying no (gave a college kid a chance). He “cleaned” our living room carpet and left disgruntled, also leaving behind a horrible synthetic smell and carpet FULL of suds. I suffer from extreme hyperosmia and can’t have any fragrances in our house at all. I was miserable. I messaged Shayne asking what to do, and he quite literally saved our carpet and extracted the rest of the awful soap that same day. He and his wife Amy have always been easy and professional to work with. Will always recommend Crystal Clean!

Has cleaned our carpet a couple times and recently cleaned our furnace ducts and dryer vent. Hassle free and very accommodating.
