Crystal 'Clean' Housekeeping

I took a chance hiring this woman and was profoundly disappointed. Her overall conduct and communication were extremely off-putting; however, as a business owner myself, I chose to look past that because her job was simply to clean. Unfortunately, she failed in the only responsibility that she had, and she was 1 1/2 hours late. She was given a list of areas and everything that needed to be done. I had to remind her to stay on task, which shouldn't be necessary with a "professional" cleaner because it is a mindless, straightforward job. She assured me that I would be happy with her work. Regrettably, I was far from impressed. She charged me $275 upon arriving at the house, and then minutes later, she attempted to charge more. She was only there for a few hours, so I knew I was being overcha

Crystal saved the day for me right before my wedding day! We had just purchased a home and had company coming in for the weekend for our wedding. We had been so busy with moving and wedding planning, I just didn't have time to get the house ready for company coming. Crystal came out on very short notice and did a wonderful job getting our house cleaned up! She was very thorough and professional, and was a pleasure to get to know in the process. I would definitely recommend her if you need a good house cleaning!

I’m so glad I found Crystal for cleanings for our short term rental. Our house has never looked this good!! Not only did she do an excellent job cleaning, she provided finishing touches such as uniquely folded towels and artistic designs in the toilet paper. She also recommend moving a couple things in the house which make the space much more welcoming to guests. She is also extremely personable, friendly and helpful. I’ve used a couple other cleaners snd Crystal’s quality of cleaning is exceptionally better. I highly recommend her!
