We hired them to clean our house to get ready to sell and they did a phenomenal job. They were very quick to reply and were able to get us on the calendar in a reasonable time. Great service and great communication.

Crystal Cleaning Services STEALS! I allowed her in my home in June or July 2025 and she did not clean well. She skipped an entire window claiming she didn’t see it. She did not vacuum the carpet in the dining room and family room area and in addition to that, she stole an item from my house. I left her and her daughter cleaning my home. She called and said she was finished and I did my inspection. Whatever cleaning solution she used smelled awful. It had no fragrance, the house did not smell clean and fresh and she stole from me! I probably could’ve dusted it and poured it Fabulosa in the sink and made the house smell better than what she did and yet I paid her. I reported this to thumbtack that’s where I found out about Crystal Cleaning Service. Thumbtack is a joke as well! They claim
