Crystal Clear Pool Water Delivery

Ive had Crystal Clear Pools for about 3 seasons for opening and closing. They arrive on time and typically take care of everything without any hiccups. I recommend for pool servicing needs on the South Shore.

Contacted this company about getting pool water delivered. Bob said not a problem he could be here tomorrow. Well that’s the only thing he got right. Ensured us that the water was treated chlorine water, it is not. Only brought enough to fill 1/2 of the pool and informed us that to fill the rest would be double the amount he quoted us!!! When offered a water or soda he turned them down and instead inquired if we had any beer instead. Completely unprofessional with his bait and switch tactics about treatment, water gallons, and price. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Definitely HAPPY that I called as Bob was able to deliver same day. The price quoted for 8,000 gallons was priced a bit lower then the other larger company's with high star rating. He is a great friendly guy and would recommend him to anyone looking for amazing crisp clean water for your pool.

Called On 6/24/2022 left a message. Bob called med back a 1/2 he later. Bob gave me a quote of $500.00 asked for my name and address. I asked if I needed to be home he said yes. So we agreed on the following Tuesday 6/28/2022 since I was off. He told me gets the water in New Bedford Shawmet ave, I said great I don’t live far from there. I gave him the best directions to my home. He said see you Tuesday. Tuesday came NO BOB… I waited ALl day, finally at 4:30 I made a call to BOB only to get his voicemail. BOB called back 5 minutes later and said he had just woke up and wasn’t feeling well “maybe a cold”. I said sorry to hear that but you couldn’t have called me to let me know you weren’t coming. He gave me a quote of $500 said to text him the info and he would deliver the next day. I texted him with no response so I called to ensure he received the details. I was ignored. I called again hours later and left a message requesting a call back. None. Called back on the next morning to be ignored. Sent him a text letting him know he was unprofessional and should not commit to a job just to ignore people. Then he called let it ring once and hung up. Unbelievable.
