I have used Crystal Coast on several occasions. Their entire staff are excellent. From the time you call the office until they complete your repairs, they provide a friendly, professional experience. The office staff are helpful and courteous. The technicians present a professional look and are very good at their jobs. I would recommend Crystal Coast to anyone needing HVAC service.

This is a great company! We have been with them over 10 years. Recently we needed a new mini-split unit; the technicians arrived a little early, worked steadily, kept us informed about the installation, and they put down mats in the house to keep the carpet clean. We really like the new unit, and have been pleased with our experience with Crystal Coast Heating and Air.

The Crystal Coast Staff were outstanding. Very personable and professional. Explained everything that was being done and went through everything when they finished. This company and it's employees are the standard the all other companies should strive for. Very satisfied.

Do not use this company. I'm a REAL hvac service tech visiting a family member for the holidays. It was cold in her house and she said she just had someone out to do a repair at the tune of $420 for a system that's over 17yrs old and I thought that was odd so I asked what he did, was it the condenser or blower motor and she said no it was some board and I said the defrost board was that much??? A 60 dollar part and a 420 dollar invoice on a unit that old. I looked at the invoice and the techs diagnosis was he found the defrost sensor inoperable(but the unit wasn't in defrost, it was iced up) so how could he come to that conclusion? The unit has to be in defrost to determine the sensor was bad, so that diagnosis was not correct but the defrost board is what I would determine. Ok sensor, def
