Crystal Creek Aggregate

I ordered 24 tons of 1 1/2 drain rocks. Half way through my pile it was 70% dirt. I called and spoke to Teah and she was rude and basically said there's nothing they can do for me. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

First time using the quarry, and the last time. I was quoted the same price twice bye the same person, my customers didn’t get the yardage I was quoted for and it would’ve been over $2k more than I was told. I understand an estimate is a estimate but being wrong about thousands of dollars, that’s terrible business as far as I’m concerned, be weary and get everything on paper.

Absolutley RUDE & DISHONEST!! I called in to get a quote for a gravel haul and explained exactly what I need. The girl on the phone gave me a price and I confirmed with her probably about 3 times if price is all inclusive and includes delivery. She said yes so I agreed to schedule the delivery and gave my CC to reserve. Then I called again to ask about the time they will show up and a rude gentleman answered with a very disrespectful tone. I asked if they already charged my card and he said they charge it on day of delivery since they dont know the final price. I was shocked. I said the lady before gave me the final price so why would it change. He started yelling at me and hung up the phone while I was talking. Expensive, unprofessional and will never recommend their service to anyone.

Has the material you need at a reasonable price. Great customer service and leader is on point.

It is a very good place to go for All of our Rock needs from sand to large rock and they have nice staff and good prices
