Crystal Exteriors is hands down the best. I’m not one who writes many reviews but I really want to highlight this company and the owner Edgar. We had 4 doors installed in 2018, all of them have been great and they look like they will stay that way for many years to come. Over the past 8 years I’ve only had to request service twice and that was for a storm door. Both issues were accessory parts worn down by general use. Both times they addressed the issue immediately. I couldn’t be happier with them and the service they provided. While I recognize I could have found a contractor to replace these doors cheaper in the past, it is the attention to detail and amazing customer service that have more than maid up for a little upfront savings. They were incredibly easy to deal with from the initial quote all the way through installation — responsive, straightforward, and professional. Everything was done correctly the first time — no shortcuts, no excuses, and no “we’ll fix it” approach that so many contractors seem to have adopted these days. Their team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their workmanship. On top of that, their price was excellent. Crystal Exteriors did an outstanding job with siding replacement and trim capping work on my townhouse. They actually did the work for all 4 townhouses in a row. Their work was professional, thorough, and detail oriented. They ensured the work was done correctly even if took few extra days. The job site was left in the same state as before, so no extra cleanup was required. The insulation in my house has improved tremendously, and I can see the temperature being maintained consistently (including the basement, which is below the ground level) across the house, which was never the case since I bought this house back in 2016. Crystal Exteriors did a superb job installing an entry door to my garage earlier this month. From the initial contact with Edgar and Garrett to installation with Ivan and Carlos, the company exhibited incredible professionalism. They were on time, on price, and delivered and installed an incredible quality product. This was not without challenges as the garage is several decades old and the walls are not plumb. It was so bad, I could not even open the original door without kicking it hard at the base. Now I have a beautiful Provia door with threshold that opens and closes with ease. Furthermore, Crystal beat the competition of other major door and window installers by at least $1000. Win-win! Highly recommended. R/JGF
