Overall we are very pleased with Crystal Pools. Scott was very pleasant to work with during the design phase and Mario Sr. the owner was flexible enough to allow us to make necessary changes when needed. The crew was talented, friendly and their subcontractors were extremely professional. They offered guidance through the build that later on was extremely helpful to us in designing our backyard. Even after the job was completed (two years later) Mario Jr. has been willing to answer any questions that we have about equipment, offer technical assistance and has even offered to help us out hands on. They care about the finished product and the customer. I would strongly recommend them.
