Very fast to come out after a pipe burst during the February snow storm and subzero temps. Fast professional remediation. Would 100% recommend David and the Crystal team to friends and family.

I HIGHLY recommend Crystal for restoration services. We had a pipe burst while we were out of town and Brian and his team were at the house starting remediation within a couple of hours of getting the call. They spent about a week at our house ripping out everything that got wet - ceilings, drywall, insulation, etc. We were not there to monitor the work, nor did we feel we needed to be there. They kept us updated throughout the whole process. All of their work was done extremely well, and they are very professional. Would definitely hire them again!

I reached out to my facebook moms when we had a pipe burst in our wall, leaving us with a kitchen and subfloor filled with water! Since I first spoke to Brian (Jr), I felt comfortable and at ease, which is tough when my entire kitchen floor needs to be ripped up and half of my outer kitchen wall torn apart to get out the wet insulation and sheetrock! He came out immediately to inspect and get started with remediation. (This is in the middle of crazy busy covid building season, as well as soon after several storms in the area, so I was worried about someone being available right away). Marc and team have been so incredibly helpful during a very stressful time! They are so responsive and timely, they came out the next day after I called and had everything cleaned up within a few hours! The crew was so pleasant while working here, cleaning up after themselves thoroughly! Marc worked seamlessly with my insurance adjuster and company, I didn't have to worry about a thing!
