One Saturday afternoon I stopped by to check on a client's house, a flip in process. I opened the garage door and water rushed out and I could hear running water running. We went into the house and everything was wet, water everywhere and it was like the rain. We got the water turned off. Called my client who asked what to do. I told them I was on it.
