Sonnie is not professional. Keeps harassing me at my home although I have stated several times I do not require his help. This man does not know how to fix a furnace. Just quotes a replacement. I am hvac certified and my professional is he does not know how to repair a furnace only replace which is a burden on the consumer. Horrible person. Scam all the way.

Sonnie was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did an excellent job on our out-of-the-way cabin that no one else would service. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone who has a furnace problem. Great job!!

After Sonnie took it upon himself to order a part I did not advise him to order I was then charged for said part which I didn’t even receive although I DID receive a bill much higher than another company which actually did a quality job and the work that I had hired them to do. Sonnie was supposed to look at my capacitor and then I began hearing a bunch of banging downstairs which was apparently him removing my blower motor which I did not advise him to do, Long story short I was charged for work I did not ask him to do and received very poor customer service, I would absolutely not recommend this individual for any heating and cooling needs

Sonnie is the best! Great service and very reliable! He is my go too company for all of my maintenance!!
