Crystal Water Pools literally brought my dream back yard to life! From the first meeting to the very last, each step was an absolute pleasure. The crews were amazing and worked together effortlessly, the office personnel were super responsive, Jonathan, Francisco and Brandon were all key and amazing to work with on the build. I am so incredibly happy with the beautiful results! If I could give more stars I would! Excellent experience! Great company to work with for sure!

Crystal Water Pools renovated our pool with new pebble tech, pool deck, stonework, waterslide, raised our hot tub, completed a retaining wall, coping, and added the necessary mechanical equipment to accommodate the added features. The end result is stunning. The stone work is spectacular. The price was very reasonable and the most cost effective of all the quotes received. The communication was frustrating. Working with the office is difficult because they are not on site and can’t answer your questions efficiently. There was not a project manager to work with. There were mistakes made, but Crystal is fixing each one of our issues. In summary to our experience, we are very proud of our pool. The experience would have been much easier with a project manager. Jonathan is a class act! Bought a pool from him 4 years ago and he continues to stand behind everything. Heater needed some maintenance today and he sent jerry over to repair it free of charge. Crazy. If you on the fence buy with confidence!

Crystal pool did an awesome job with our pool. Ours was the second pool they built in our subdivision... Their price was the most reasonable among all of the quotes we got... Also they were tremendously flexible. They did landscaping, fence, gate, drains and everything that goes along with the pool which is a huge benefit... U don't need to get multiple companies to do all these. Also they will make sure that you are getting final completion certificate from the county. Overall great experience...
