I finally decided to get some new SPC Vinyl flooring for my house. I asked 4 different flooring businesses in and around the area for quotes and overwhelmingly chose Crystal Flooring after talking and getting a quote from Richard. They offered a very competitive rate/price without any hidden charges. Also, what I like about his approach was his attention to detail. He laid out the sequence of steps he needed to do and followed through above and beyond. Now prior to me visiting their show room, I went to REPUBLIC warehouse and picked (took picture) SPC vinyl type that I wanted for my house. Richard was very accommodating when I told him, I wanted a specic vinyl. He just asked for the picture and info of the Vinyl that I wanted, and did all the logistics behind the scene.
