8 hours late for delivery and was told they would take care of with a credit because they were 8 hours late and my guys were caught in a rain storm due to delivery being late. They finally said they would take care of me and sent me an email staying they will only credit delivery fee which wasn't much. Now no one calls back and still haven't received any compensation for the delay. I would avoid this company at all cost. Communication is bad and delivery was way off
My response to companies response. Your companies response is embarrassing to your company. You told me personally you would refund the delivery fee and you respond with nothing but pure lies. I was told my delivery would be made at 6:30am and its not my fault you didnt know the plant was closed. Wow, I was just emailed and told they won't do a refund for an 8 hour hour delay. Stay away from this company as they go back on their word. Not a good way to do business.
Quality concrete at a good price compared to other suppliers. These guys stay busy so order with time. Make sure to have payment ready after pouring drivers do collect. Really nice finish after it sets.
Drivers do not stop at stop signs.
