Thank goodness my wife found Sam online last spring to take care of our new home’s yard for two months before we could get moved over the mountain! The absolute best part has been the weed pre-germination spray Sam applied. Our yard has been 99 percent weed free all summer! Sam sent us a picture of the weeds, 😬, pulled ALL of them, sprayed for future weeds, turned on our irrigation system, mowed, airated, and fertilized our yard while we were still living in northeasten Colorado. I can’t thank Sam enough for sending pictures, making recommendations, and providing bids for our yard. Our new yard in Fruita has been so easy to maintain and enjoy this summer because of Sam. We will definitely be calling C & S in the fall to help us get our irrigation system, trees, and lawn ready for winter!!
