CSC Floors

CSC Floors installed carpet for us and they are very professional. We were able to get a quick turn around for the install and the carpet came out great! I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Re carpeted 4 bedrooms, quick, professional, and cleaned everything. Great experience, very communicative and timely as well, which was important to us. We didnt have to emphasize that, it was just done. Tracy was great and crews were as well!

We just got our carpets replaced upstairs and CSC floors did a phenomenal job! Patti was a joy to work with, and they quoted us such a great rate. We recently faced the challenge of preparing our home for sale. Renovation of the master bathroom was the first priority. Shauna Stephan with CSC was highly recommended by a trusted associate of ours to address the flooring issue we faced. We reached out to her , and she promptly responded. What a joy she was to work with! After listening to us explain what we were hoping to accomplish, she made recommendations that met our expectations perfectly. Update* Changing the rating since they finally came in and rectified the problem today, so changing the review to reflect the rest of the work that was done without issues. This is after the first day of installation. I called them and told them it's coming off and they can come and fix it any time, don't have to rush. I followed up after couple of days, made another few calls. The customer service did acknowledge and told me the installers would call me. This is probably third or fourth time I had called and followed up and no one called me back and my friends has been asking me why didn't go with Costco or some reputable organization. I went with CSC through a referral and now I feel like I should have gone with a reputable organization so they are committed to come back and address any
