Even after business hours, he responded to my phone call and messages and answered all of my questions in detail and patiently!! In addition, when I sent him my questions by email, he replied to my questions quickly with very detailed explanations and provided us with solutions. Steve is incredibly professional and personable. We used CSI Home Inspectors for a mold issue. He identified the issue immediately and provided us with actionable tasks to remove it. Steve was amazing! Did not rush, was patient with all questions and thorough with answers. Excellent communication before and after as well. Allowed notes to be taken during inspection and encouraged follow up questions if any arised. Sent diagrams for an issue to show what it should have been done like for a damaged chimney. Would not hesitate to use at any time!!
