Great customer service from the first call to getting a service call set up. To communication for the technician’s arrival to the end of the work!! The work was done efficiently and cleanly. They fixed the issue perfectly, cleaned up the workspace completely, and even tested the entire system before leaving. It’s been 48 hours, and everything is working flawlessly. Gabe was awesome. Vickie was so great to schedule him when I called at 2:00 on a Friday afternoon. Gabe showed up at 3:00 and took good care of us!

I found an outside water leak at 5pm on a Friday. Called CSI and they were so friendly and responsive. They scheduled Gabriel to come out on Saturday morning. Their after hour rates were reasonable and they were able to fix my leak quickly. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

We contacted CSI because our disposal went out. I’d used them before and my mother had as well. My wife mentioned that we should talk to them about replacing our old water heater. They were out the next day. Replaced our disposal AND our water heater. Very reasonable price and unbelievable turnaround. Leo, the plumber who was sent out, was knowledgeable and personable. He and his helper were on top of things. Overall a five star experience. Highly recommended.
