CSM Flooring

I am just over the moon over how nice my backsplash in kitchen and shower accent looks! I moved to NC to be close to the Ocean and now it’s like waking up and seeing a piece of it each day. Alex Ashe was so helpful during the entire process and was very patient with me as I can be very particular. He even stopped by during the installation to make sure all was going well and we were on same page. After completion, I noticed my stove was not even, and he even came by and leveled it for me. I was very impressed throughout the process. The installers did a great job and were very careful and neat. I would highly recommend CSM and especially Alex! Ashley helped us pick out a beautiful runner for our curving staircase. Had a glitch with installation, Ashley came out to take a look and ordered a replacement. CSM stands behind their work and if a mistake gets made, they make it right. Best kind of company to work with! Highly recommend, we will definitely use them again for future work.

Since I bought my house in 2021, CSM has been my “go to” place for tile, carpeting, and now LVP. The quality of their products is superior. And the staff who facilitate my purchase are knowlegeable and responsive. The new LVP flooring is beautiful. The installation team provded stellar service.

We had wood floors installed in two bedrooms and they did a beautiful job. Everyone I did business with from Diana to Kim to the men who installed the floor were friendly, polite and professional. They followed through on the timing and quality they promised and were prompt in their response to fixing one minor problem. The cost of the installation was what I expected and after trying to get quotes and installation dates from other flooring companies in the area, I can say that the level of professionalism from CSM made me feel like I was in good hands. I highly recommend!
