These guys were great. I worked with Randy throughout the process. I can’t say enough about his communication. He was very diligent about providing updates from start to finish. His Price was reasonable and transparent. Work itself was done quickly and professionally. If you are fortunate enough to get Randy on your job, you are working with a great human being.

We have our septic tank pumped every 3 years or so since buying our house almost 10 years ago. We have used Chuck's Septic since the first time. The employees are always courteous, friendly and efficient. The same was true today for our latest service. Donnie Johnston was on time and did a great job. 5 stars!

Tracy Shipley was very helpful investigating a sewer line break when I was selling a house. It was at the city wye connection and he advised how I could contact the city to potentially get them to fix it and it actually worked! It’s always difficult working with the city but Tracy helped me save 10K on what would have been a tricky repair in the street. Will definitely reach out to him for my next utility line work.
