I called Bless and Success company this morning and much to my surprise, they came out to my house an hour later, which I was not expecting them to respond so quickly. Fortunately Oren (Tech) Responded and advise me to change the motor which was broken and change the rollers. He was absolutely respectful and honest about the repairs needed, which is really hard to find anywhere. I’m not one to give five stars to any company, but I was totally happy with this company and the work that Oren did for sure. Thank you for outstanding customer service and I will gladly recommend your company to my friends and family.

I called CT Garage Services today after our torsion spring snapped last night. They picked up the call right away and had Oren at our home within an hour. Oren was so awesome and professional, and he replaced the broken torsion spring and, while at it, we decided to replace the squeaky door bearings. Everything works perfectly (and much quieter) now and it was a wonderful and pleasant experience overall, and specifically working with Oren. He was very courteous, professional, transparent and informative about the applied service and parts, and he even picked the old and broken parts before he left. Oren at CT Garage did an excellent job. I needed a belt replaced on our garage door, CT scheduled an appointment same day, was here in an hour, and had the parts on the truck ready to go. While he was here he also completed a balance of our tension springs with a tune up of rollers / door components. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely use them again!
